Today, 31st October 2013, a presentation was given by Mr. Aditya Sharma in support with Janice Zamen in St. Joseph's Convent School Jabalpur. The main highlight of this presentation was to create awareness among the students about the Amity University and its various courses. A detail description was also given about the Scholarship Scheme given by Amity University. A detail report is presented below in the video.

Today, October 28th. 2013, a presentation was given on the subject "How to make a smart Resume". Around 67 Students attended the presentation along with 10 faculty members. Attached is the detailed report of today's presentation in the form of a video.

107.8 MHz 'Radio Amity'..............in the air..!!

Amity's "Sangathan 2013- Inter Institutional Sports Meet" came to an end on Thursday with the launch of its first state-of -the-art Community Radio Station- 'Radio Amity'. The FM radio station was launched by Ashok K Chauhan, founder president which will be on air 24 hours on 107.8 MHz over a radius of 15 kilometers, covering a thickly populated neighborhood of the university. It would be run by students of Amity University.

'Radio Amity' intends to cater to health, educational, environmental, community development, cultural and social welfare, entertainment and awareness and other significant matters. The radio station has its own broadcasting, production and recording facilities as well as transmission.

AUMP organized Melange 2013 the Introduction Party for the freshers on 19^th Oct 2013. The evening commenced with the lighting of the lamp by the Hon’ble V.C. Lt. Gen. V.K.Sharma AVSM (Retd.), Dean Academics Dr. Rajesh Tomar, Registrar Dr. Anil Shrivastava, Dean Student Welfare Dr. Anil Vashisht and Deputy Dean Student Welfare Dr. Iti Roy Chowdhury.

Melange 2013 also saw the debut performance of AUMP band & Smash. 

The high water mark of the evening of course was the Ramp Walk that saw Shanam (CSE) win the title of Ms. Beautiful Smile, Shraddha Dutta (B.Arch.) as Miss Fresher 2013 & Abhishek Dwivedi (BJMC)as Mr. Fresher. Praveen Tiwari (B.Tech-MAE) was adjudged the Best Personality AUMP 2013.

The cultural event concluded with a vote of thanks to the Hon’ble VC and event organizers Dr. Anil Vashisht & Dr.Iti Roy Chowdhury. The evening rounded off with DJ & Dinner.
